Team DSM coach Roy Curvers: “GP Wallonie is an exciting race in the Ardennes, with a hilly finale leading into the classic and tough finish on the Citadelle de Namur. We head to the race with a strong and well-rounded team. In Tiesj we have someone who is experienced in this type of racing and he’ll be the team’s main finisher on the day, and will be supported by a group of talented riders that all find a parcours that suits them. This then also gives us the opportunity to race aggressively and the ability to create different scenarios throughout the race to compete for a top result at the finish.”
