Team DSM coach Hans Timmermans: “It’s great that we’re able to race at Healthy Ageing Tour this year, and we’re in for a really interesting three days, where we’ll focus on day results with our well-rounded team. The opening stage around the race circuit in Assen could be split to pieces in the wind, or it might end in a reduced bunch sprint finish in which case we will work to position Lorena for the finale. We then have a TT on stage two before a tough circuit race that takes on the VAM-berg, which will be really difficult. On the narrow roads, positioning will be key from the start there so we need to be attentive from the beginning and be in the front for as long as possible to end the race with a nice stage result.”
