Devilled eggs on toast with avocado

A tasty “breakfast style” starter to start a great meal!

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • Egg 1
  • Quark 10 grams
  • Mustard 5 grams
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika powder
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Bread 50 grams
  • Avocado 30 grams

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Cooking pot

Preparation method

  1. Boil the eggs until hard. Then cool them in cold water and peel them
  2. Cut the egg in half in its length and remove the egg yolk. Put the egg yolk in a bowl and keep the cooked egg whites seperate
  3. Add the quark, mustard, garlic powder and paprika powder to the egg yolk in the mixing bowl and mix with a mixer or a whisk until smooth
  4. Toast the bread
  5. Mash or slice the avocado and put on the toast
  6. Fill the eggs with the egg yolk mixture and serve with the toasted bread and avocado
