From our cooks: Fruit trifle


Fruit Trifle – Serves 2 people:

A protein rich fruit trifle – perfect as a recovery snack after an intense training, or as a pre-sleep protein boost, we’ve been enjoying this one at our Team Camps throughout January.


  • 400g quark
  • 200g strawberries (or other seasonal fruit)
  • 30g biscuits
  • 20g walnuts
  • 20g honey


  • 2x dessert bowl or glass
  • Cutting knife
  • Cutting board

Preparation method:

  1. Crunch the biscuits with a knife on a cutting board.
  2. Put around 50g of quark into each dessert bowl and make layers with the biscuits, fruits, walnuts and honey. Continue this until you reach four layers.
  3. Top the trifle with honey and decorate with some left over crunched biscuit pieces, strawberries, walnuts and honey.
  4. Enjoy!
