Blend the dates, apple syrup and milk into a smooth mixture
Mix all of the dry products together
Combine the date mixture with the dry mixture, and mix thoroughly
Put baking paper inside the cake tin
Add the mixture (gingerbread) into the cake tin
Bake the gingerbread for 40-45 minutes
Take the gingerbread out of the oven and leave to cool
Once it is cooled, cut into pieces and enjoy!
