Melon and ham

A light starter for a hot summer day – we’ve enjoyed this one at the Tour!

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • Serrano ham 40 grams
  • Melon 150 grams
  • Rucola 20 grams
  • Whole wheat bread 60 grams (optional)
  • Balsamic glaze (optional)
  • Exemple toppings: cherry tomatoes, pumpkin seeds

Preparation method

  1. Remove the skin and seeds from the melon
  2. Serve the melon and ham on a bed of rucola
  3. Serve with topping of choice, some balsamic glaze and bread
  4. Enjoy – easy!
