This month we asked you on our social media channels if you had any questions for Megan Jastrab! After getting her first two podiums of her pro career and another top five result in August, Megan sat down and answered your questions.
Q: What’s your favourite thing about Dutch living?
A: My favourite thing about living in the Netherlands is being able to ride a town bike everywhere! I ride to get my groceries, for coffee, to go shopping, and everything else.
Q: What is the biggest difference between the US and Europe?
A: I think the public transport is a big difference. The public transportation in the Netherlands is incredible and I’m able to get everywhere without a car.
Q: What would be your favourite race to win?
A: I would love to win the road race world title! An Olympic title is also on my bucket list.
Q: What was the most memorable moment of your career so far?
A: I would have to say winning a bronze medal at the Olympic Games in 2021 was my most memorable moment. I never thought I was capable of something like that.
Q: What is your favourite race?
A: I don’t think I have a favourite race yet but I enjoy races that have technical roads with short punchy climbs!
