Vacancy – Assistant Video Producer

Are you a young, ambitious up-and-coming video producer talent, in the finishing phase of your studies, or already graduated? This could be your dream opportunity! We are looking for an assistant videographer to join our Communications department.

About the role

The role provides an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment producing excellent, high-quality content within elite sport. Reporting to and working with Team DSM’s Communications team, the role is most suited to an up-and-coming videographer who is eager to learn. Working days will be as needed, determined by production plans and events taking place at HQ.

The successful candidate will:

• Work in close cooperation with the Team DSM Communications department, filming and editing stories that reflect and strengthen the team’s identity.
• Work on location at races or film commercial shoots and general activities at the team’s HQ.
• Live within a commutable distance to the team’s HQ in Deventer, the Netherlands.

Essential skills

• Team player.
• Strong desire to learn and develop.
• Be hard working, and the flexibility to work outside of the restrictions of a 9-5.
• Have a journalistic eye to capture the stories untold.
• Speak English and Dutch.
• Experience with working on location with limited resources and strict deadlines.
• Excellent filming and editing skills with Premiere pro or similar.
• Graphics skills are considered a bonus.
• Photography skills are considered a bonus.
